2016 Registration Fee

The conference registration fee is $149 if received or postmarked by 8 July 2016; $169 after that date.  The registration includes access to all conference sessions, printed syllabus, reception, and the closing banquet.  Pre-conference workshops may be added to your registration for an additional fee.  The two-day Village of Origin workshop costs $49 and the two-afternoon Cyrillic workshop costs $35.

Registration Policies

Guest Tickets are available for both the reception ($20) and the closing banquet ($35).  Due to space limitations, guest tickets are limited; if you are unable to obtain one online, please contact us using the phone number provided with your confirmation.

Confirmation:  Participants will receive confirmation of registration within two working days of processing.  All confirmations will be sent via email, regardless of registration method utilized.

Changes: Every effort will be made to accommodate  changes required after initial registration is processed.  These would include purchase of guest tickets, addition of workshops, or updated special needs.   All change requests should be sent in writing to the conference administrator.

CancellationRefunds, less a $50 service fee, will be made if written request is received by 15 July 2016.  Electronic requests should be sent to the conference administrator.  Postal requests must be received by 15 July; they may be sent to FEEFHS 2016 Cancellation, P.O. Box 321, Springville, UT 84663.  No refunds will be available after that date.

Refunds for cancellation of additional events, such as a pre-conference workshop or a guest banquet ticket, will be made in full through 15 July; refunds are not available after that date due to catering and other commitments made.

How to Register

  Use this link to register online at any time with a credit card or automatic checking account withdrawal.

PayPal link is our payment processing provider, but you do not need to have a PayPal account.  If you do have an account, you may login at the top of the PayPal payment page.  If you experience technical difficulties with the link to Paypal (occasionally busy servers produce the  message “waiting”), simply exit and wait for our confirmation to come via email, which will include a payment link. Please do not register twice – your information is stored each time you click on the Pay with PayPal button.

You will receive a confirmation of your payment from PayPal, in addition to a confirmation and receipt from FEEFHS.

Register by Mail:  2016 Registration Form

Option 1:  Register using the online link provided above; then mail a check to the address provided on your confirmation.  Note:  you must click the “Pay with PayPal” button on the final page of the online form before closing your browser window to complete registration.  Mail-in payments must arrive no later than August 3rd.

Option 2:  Download the PDF registration form; complete, and mail with payment to FEEFHS, PO Box 321, Springville, Utah 84663 to arrive no later than August 3rd.

Register by Phone:  Please call 801-515-6644.  FEEFHS does not staff an office full-time; if you miss us, please leave a voice mail message so we may return your call.

Register On-Site:  We do accept walk-in registrations; however, accommodation of reception, banquet, and syllabus availability may be limited.
